The Natural Acne Cure This Hormone Expert Swears By

Obviously, the first thing you can do is to reduce your exposure to potentially hormone-disrupting chemicals by eating organic food and using clean, natural skincare. 
 

TAKE YOUR VITAMINS

Vitti says in the two decades that she has been working with women, she's learned there are some critical micronutrients that are endocrine system needs. Specifically, she's concerned about vitamin B3, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin K, and vitamin A.
